How to Make a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the item for return:
- Include all accessories, documentation, and original packaging materials.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition.
- Keep UPC codes intact on the product box.
- If originally double-boxed, return the item double-boxed.
- Avoid using duct tape or adhesives that leave residue.
Package the return:
- Write the RA number on the shipping label, not on the product box.
- Use appropriate packaging to protect the item during transit.
Ship the return:
- Use a trackable shipping method like FedEx or UPS.
- Consider insuring the package when using your own shipping labels.
