How to Make a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

Contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the item for return:

  • Include all accessories, documentation, and original packaging materials.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition.
  • Keep UPC codes intact on the product box.
  • If originally double-boxed, return the item double-boxed.
  • Avoid using duct tape or adhesives that leave residue.

Package the return:

  • Write the RA number on the shipping label, not on the product box.
  • Use appropriate packaging to protect the item during transit.

Ship the return:

  • Use a trackable shipping method like FedEx or UPS.
  • Consider insuring the package when using your own shipping labels.
