The moment the orders arrive, they automatically dispatch to our fulfillment team, whether it is in our warehouse, or the warehouse of our supplier.
What happens when we attempt to cancel orders like that is there are several people to go through to get them cancelled and they often get out anyway, leaving us on the hook.
We pride ourselves on our fast fill rate, at the expense of not being flexible enough to handle the cancellation requests.
If you would still like to cancel the order, please do not refuse the delivery and let us know once it arrives so we can arrange the return of the item.
