Here's how to fit your own Roc N Soc Nitro seat bracket:
- Place the throne top upside down on a clean surface.
- Remove the green octagonal plate under the seat (very carefully - do not tug any of the internal wires).
- Keep the 8 screws in a box away from the transducer which is highly magnetic.
- Cover the exposed transducer to prevent any dirt / metal particles getting near it.
- Remove the two small M3 nuts and bolts holding the Speakon socket in place, and place them safely away from the transducer.
- Put the exposed throne top safely off your work bench.
- Remove all 8 bolts holding the current seat mounting bracket on the green octagon and store the original bracket.
- Drill the appropriately spaced 4 holes in the octagon (see attached photo as a guide, but ignore the two Roc N Soc backrest fitting bolts and washers)
- Attach the Nitro bracket, using 4 of the nuts and bolts from the original bracket, but ideally add some washers too.
- Reassemble the octagon and seat.
- Job done!
